All items must be fully paid for and removed during sale hours or on pickup day (Sept. 12). A non-refundable deposit of 20% of price will hold items until final payment can be made. Items over $1,000 will require cash, certified check, or bank money order. Personal checks (with proper photo identification) will be accepted for purchases and deposits under $1,000.
